In honor of May being Oregon Wine Month, we asked readers what are their favorite Oregon wineries and bottles of wine.

About 77% of more than 65 readers said they enjoy Oregon wines very much all year round; 22% said they enjoy wine sometimes; and 2% said they have no preference.

About 74% of respondents said their favorite type of wine is red; 20% prefer white; 5% enjoy sparkling; and 2% like rosé. Nobody said they like dessert wines or fortified wines the most.

About 35% of readers discovered their favorite wine in the tasting room; 34% said at the winery; 15% said a friend recommendation; 6% said the grocery store; 3% said a restaurant; 3% said traveling; and 3% said online.

About 97% of respondent have visited their favorite Oregon winery in person; and 3% have not—yet.
